March 27 最后的审判还有2天我就要开始考托福了~真像是最后的审判~不过其实真正的审判应该是5月份的SAT。。。
这两天一直在练习模考 阅读和听力的感觉还不错 加油吧~
最近开始觉得看toefl阅读和听听力 自己长了不少知识阿~
比如说 哲学课可以了解虚无主义nihilism, 在地理课我还能学会怎么种番茄 文学课会讲些作家
我最喜欢architecture了 不过教授总是爱讲arch
艺术课特别喜欢讲音乐和电影 最常听到的音乐风格基本就是Baroque 和Classical
另外，还会讲好多画家和他们的风格 Emily Carr就是昨天读到的~ 有一段评论是这样写的：
These camping trips were unusual for a woman of her time, but to paint successfully Carr had to wrestle with the element,(experience her subjects directly) with all of her senses alert.She drew inspiration from the cold,raw dampness of the coast, the sounds of the forest, and the sting of the smoke from campfires----experiences that she distilled to their essence in her large body of word.
我觉得很美 所以就把她的画都从加拿大的艺术博物馆的网站上下载下来了~
我突然觉得学习英语其实并不是那么枯燥，他的美妙就在于透过语言，你会被他所传达的文化理念和艺术美感感染整个心灵.这可能就是为什么有些人学习英语是为了跟好的理解美国电影的含义~呵呵
其实还渐渐的学了很多~一下子也都说不上来~就是觉得这段时间的学习 除了提高点英语能力还是有其他意义的~ 今天上午好想懒一下 不想做模考了。。。埃~
刚才听严说景天宇已经被一所美国大学录取了 真得很羡慕。。。
其实一开始我并没有打算一开始就进入美国排名很好的大学 觉得那样也许会对于我比较吃力
可是最近我接触到了好多人 他们都是直接进入美国好的大学~
既然他们可以 我也一定可以的 努力吧~等成绩出来了 我就可以决定了~！
又想起来在The Pursuit of Happyness里面 Chris对他的儿子说
：don't never let somebody tell you you can't do some,not even me.
you got a dream you gotta protect it
people can't do something themself, they wanna tell you you can't do it
you want some, go,get it
简单易懂且很激励我~
